OASIS A6 65m2 apartment, 3rd floor without elevator, with magnificent views of the entire ROSES bay, located on the seafront and on the beachfront, 5 minutes from the center of Roses walking, very practical and comfortable for a family with children, with a maximum of 6 people, using the sofa bed.

The beach is of fine sand, shaded by beautiful palm trees, showers and a space with gymnastics equipment and soccer goals. You can also rent deck chairs, umbrellas, skates and jet skis, motor boats, or sailing and bicycles.
Promenade of more than 3 km in length, has many shops, restaurants, bars, beach bars.
The municipal market and supermarkets, Carrefour, Mercadona, Lidl, are close to the apartment.
You can reach the apartment with public transport. The bus station from Roses to Figueres is close to the apartment. In Figueres there are 2 railway stations, a high-speed "AVE" with direct destination from Paris to Figueres and also a direct bus line to Girona and Barcelona airports.

A moins de 50 kms de Roses Cadaques, Pals, Peratallada, Sa Riera et l'Illa Roja. En 1 semaine pas le temps d'explorer plus la région mais on reviendra

Tres bien

Très bon séjour dans cet appartement au pied de la plage. Rue piétonnière en bas donc pas de bruit ni pollution sonore. Appartement bien équipé et confortable. Revoir peut-être les couteaux pour cuisiner qui ne coupent pas et le grille pain préhistorique ... Bref, je conseille et de plus les propriétaire sont sympathiques. Jean-Marc

Tolle Lage, Terrasse mit sehr gutem Ausblick, diente als unser Wohnzimmer

Vermieter Wohnt direkt nebenan und war sehr Freundlich. Wohnung wie auf den Bildern, Zugang nur übers Außentreppe (nichts für Gehbehinderte). Mit allem zufrieden.

For the immense views, its situation on the seafront, for the tranquility and privacy, for the cooler temperature than in the interior of the vila de Roses, because it is a privilege to be located in a place where at all times you see the sea and only 5 minutes walking, from the Villa de Roses.

What makes this property unique

Once you are in the apartment, you do not need to take the car, you can take walks along the shore of the beach of more than 3 km, go shopping, restaurants, everything is on the seafront, and inside the Vila de Roses 10 minutes on foot. You can also control children who are on the beach, or playing in the sand, from the terrace of the apartment. It is close to many interesting places to do excursions by car, 18 km away from the Dalí museum in Figueres, the Casino de Peralada, Golf courses, Excursions in the bird reserve of the Aiguamolls del Empordà by bicycle.
