listing and pictures did not reflect the condition of property
pictures and amenities misrepresented. apartment was filthy. in the bathroom, the glass shelf in the picture was broken; only the brackets in the tile remain. the toilet seat was deteriorated exposing particle board underneath the white paint. shower was disgusting. black grout between the tiles. no shower door as shown in listing: only a shower curtain with soap scum on the bottom. the ceiling paint was peeling. we did not use the shower.
The closet unit in the first bedroom pictured has no doors, and the drawer is broken. The owners' private items were stored on top, blocking the air conditioning circulation. The second bedroom has peeling paint on the wall not shown in the picture.
electrical conduit sticking out of the kitchen wall not shown in listing pictures. no COFFEE MAKER. other amenities listed were not included. no living room rug as shown. bare floor and not clean. couch in the picture had been removed and replaced with foam-like foldout box couch. old stale cigarette butts in the plant shown on the balcony.
attempted to contact the host three times: no response. was able to resolve the access issue. we have accurate pictures as a backup to compare to listing if these claims are disputed or denied. we can not recommend this property.
