The house has a lot of charm and is tastefully renovated. A total of 9 beds unaltered on 5 large bedrooms, 2 bath / shower rooms, large living room, modern spacious kitchen, terrace, outdoor kitchen adjacent to nice pool. A house where you can socialize and thrive. 20 mins to the Mediterranean and 30 mins to swimming in the river in the mountains and 5 min to the cozy medieval town of Pezenas with narrow alleys and lots of restaurants. Countless vineyards to visit in the area. 3 hour direct flight from Skavsta.

A wonderful spot!

We stayed here for a week with friends and thoroughly enjoyed both the house and the little village of Alignan-du-Vent. The house is well equipped, the bedrooms were both pretty and comfortable, but the highlight for us was the backyard. It's even prettier than in the photos, with loads of room and plenty of places to either soak up the sun or sit in the shade. We spent our time exploring the Pezenas area, and loved returning to the tranquil garden at the end of the day. Alignan-du-Vent is a lovely, quiet village with two bakeries, a small cafe and a corner store. The people there were helpful and friendly, and we really loved our evening strolls through the town and into the countryside.

Idyllic stay with family and friends

We stayed for nearly a month, with my partner and baby and joined by friends. The house is perfect: really spacious but also cosy and well appointed; great pool and social outside space. Alignan-du-Vent itself is a lively sleepy village with a cafe and two boulangeries, and Pezenas and Béziers and the coast were all 10-30 mins drive so suited us perfectly. It's also the heart of wine country so some great local vineyards to visit and do tastings - the best was Peyrat which is waking distance (20 mins) from the house. We definitely hope to stay here again.
