About this property

Stone house built in 1928, fully restored and opened in August 2006. Located in the town of Caunedo, 3K from the capital of the Pola de Somiedo council, with the advantage of being a small and quiet town but at the same time close to the main services and with a perfect situation so as not to have to make extra kilometers. It houses 6 apartments conditioned and decorated in stone, wood and wrought iron. Suitable C and D of 4 seats and A - B - E - F of 2 seats, with option of 1 or 2 seats in sofa bed.

Fully equipped. Menage of kitchens. Bedding Towels. They have good parking on a private estate and are surrounded by an incomparable natural environment.

Totalmente recomendable. Agosto 2022

El apartamento en el que hemos estado alojados era muy bonito, estaba impecable, todo muy limpio y cuidado, decorado con mucho gusto y con todo lo necesario para una estancia de 10 dias. La casa en la que se ubica es preciosa y está muy bien cuidada. Muy buena ubicacion para hacer rutas de senderismo y para conocer Somiedo y otros rincones de Asturias. El unico "pero" que le encontramos es que el apartamento no dispone de lavadora. Si que el alquiler incluye un servicio de lavado de una lavadora, comunicando al gestor de los apartamentos cuando deseas hacerla. En otras ocasiones los apartamentos en los que nos hemos alojado tenian lavadora y eso te da una mayor autonomia. En todo caso, no ha supuesto ningun inconveniente pero creo que en la informacion del apartamento debiera de quedar claro que este no tiene lavadora.

Bonito lugar

Sitio ideal para unas vacaciones con tu familia. Apartamentos muy tranquilos y acogedores. Muy céntricos para hacer rutas de senderismo y para visitar la zona del parque natural de Somiedo. Gracias a Modesta y su familia por el trato recibido. De volver a este bonito lugar de Asturias , no dudaremos en repetir en estos apartamentos. Gracias desde Jaen. Paco y Paqui

Apartamento cómodo, bonito y funcional. Excelente para hacer rutas en Somiedo

Somos una pareja que hemos estado alojados diez días en el apartamento B. El apartamento está equipado de manera eficaz y con muy buen gusto. Los propietarios nos han dado un trato excelente, con abundantes indicaciones y una gran amabilidad, que nos han permitido disfrutar mejor de Somiedo. Sin duda, cuando volvamos a Somiedo repetiremos la experiencia en Casa Modesta.

Cómodo

Estuvimos seis días en abril. Muy acogedor y cómodo. Está muy bien ubicado para hacer las distintas excursiones. Hay que tener en cuenta que no lo puedes ocupar antes de las cinco de la tarde.
