A cosy apartment complex with 8 rental holiday apartments built in 2000 with one parking in the garage for every apartment, nice swimming pool with sunchais and umbrellas (guaranteed opening period 15/05-30/09), big garden with olive grove, barbecue, table and chairs for outside dining. The distance to Lazise center and to the beach is approx. 1200 mt. A good restaurant/pizzeria is just 20 mt far. In the apartment complex there is also a beauty center. The apartment complex is situated near the Gardesana road so close to many services and the centre.
Nice studio on the ground floor of 30 sqm, equipped with double bed, kitchenette with stove, small fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, table with chairs, safe, washing machine, satellite TV, air conditioning, Wi Fi. Bathroom with shower box and window. Nice terrace with table, chairs and beach umbrella. Ideal for couples.
Thanks to the big garden with olive groves, barbecue and the beautiful swimmingpool, these apartments are much appreciated by families with children and group of friends.

Gerne wieder

Zentrumsnah. Schöne Gartenanlage Leicht abgewohnt. Deshalb sollte mal eine gründliche Durchsicht erfolgen. Z. B. Waschbeckenverschluss defekt, Beschlag an Terrassentür locker. Kleinigkeiten, aber nervig.

Sehr schöne, gepflegte Unterkunft in Nähe von Lazise

Unterkunft, Lage ist ok, mit Fahrrädern sehr gut zur Nähe zum Ort. Wir haben eine gemütliche Sitzgelegenheit ( Sessel, kleine Couch) vermisst.

Great week between beautiful olive trees!

Thanks to the team for the flexibility of not having to bring the keys back to the office but allowing us to leave it in the apartment. Appreciated! Apartment seemed to have been empty for some time and was therefore a bit smelly when we arrived. No big deal, however, a quick check before new guests arrive for the first time after a while would be great.

Herrliche Unterkunft zum Wohlfühlen

Angefangen vom netten Empfang über den tollen Service bis zur Lage der topgepflegten Anlage Allegra war es bei unserem 12. Aufenthalt wieder ein sehr schönes Erlebnis. Der saubere Pool, Kosmetik- und Massagemöglichkeiten auf dem Grundstück in einem Salon, der so ruhig ist, dass man ihn kaum bemerkt-was will man mehr? Eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung für diesen „Geheimtipp“ Udo Wenn ich mir noch was wünschen könnte wäre das eine Spülmaschine und vielleicht auch das Ersetzen des Kühlschranks durch ein leiseres Modell, da er im 1-Zimmer-App. ja im gleichen Raum steht, wie das Bett (App. 2)
