Our yellow apartment is situated on the first floor of villa Ana. It is favorite apartment of our returning guests as it has beautiful balcony-lodge with sea view and stylish outdoor furniture!
Yellow apartment has one double bedroom, kitchen with living room, and large comfy bathroom with bath tub. Bedroom has double bed 160x200 cm and exit to balcony (38 m2). In the living room you will find additional 2 single beds.

Dubrovnik,Zaton (Stikovica) Apartment Total size of yellow apartment is 45 m2 and it has 4 star category. It is decorated with style and equipped with new furniture, first class orthopedic mattresses, TV, sat TV, air-conditioning, w-lan... Yellow apartment is ideal for couple with 2 children or two couples as it has capacity 2-4 persons. Our guest describe this apartment as relaxing and enjoyable...

Please note that breakfast is available in a tavern 20 metres away and needs to be requested with 1 day notice.

It has a common barbecue grill and 3 shared terraces on the ground floor. A restaurant and a small bar are nearby.

Free transfers to/from a market (3 km) and/or a supermarket (7 km) are offered to guests who arrive without a car.

Also in our offer is transfer airport – harbor- Villa Anna, and numerous excursions.

Villa Ana is only 15m from the beach, and at villa you can find terrace with a shade with summer kitchen and all our guests can use the large terrace and balcony at the first and second floor, together with the outside grill, which is a perfect place to be during the hot summer days, or to have a dinner. In the neighborhood you can find two restaurants with Dalmatian and intercontinental food.
