Luxurious Oceanview Villa-Honeymoon Heaven
My husband and I stayed at this Monte Cristo Villa for our honeymoon and it was perfect! We wanted something luxurious and private to celebrate our recent marriage, with the option of mingling with other people if we chose.
We spent hours lounging around the house and swimming in the infinity pool, where you also have a great view of the ocean. The master bathroom was nicer than the one I have at home, with a walk in closet and jacuzzi tub. And if that doesn't suit you, there's also a hot tub outside where you can watch the sunset. The house was huge and could have easily slept many more people.
Since the property is part of the Pueblo Bonito family of resorts, we were able utilize the resort amenities as well (couples massage!) There is a free shuttle that goes from Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach to Pueblo Bonito Rose if you want to head closer to some of the bars and restaurants downtown. Otherwise, you can take a taxi.
We booked a tour for almost every day of our 7 days there. A lot of the tours picked us up directly from the house, which was convenient since we didn't rent a car.
I can't wait to come back for our next vacation!
