Statt wie gedacht bei fewo-direkt lief die Buchung plötzlich über Smart Holiday Tenerife. Beide kassieren. Die Schlüsselübergabe mit Melissa war rudimentär; sie sagte sofort, dass sie während des Aufenthalts keine Ansprechpartnerin sei. Bei Problemen sei smart Holiday Tenerife Ansprechpartner. TV funktionierte nur eingeschränkt; Melissa meinte, das liege am Router, er würde ausgetauscht. Das geschah entgegen der Abmachung in meiner Abwesenheit. TV funktionierte weiter nur eingeschränkt . Es lag nicht am Router; eine Beschreibung des TV fehlt. Als ich bei Smart Holiday Tenerife nach dem Passwort für den neuen Router fragte, wurde ich an 3 verschiedene Ansprechpartner verbunden, keiner wusste von einem Austausch und der Tipp, das alte Passwort zu probieren, war wenig hilfreich. Ich hatte angerufen, weil es nicht funktionierte. Die Küche ist minimalistisch ausgestattet. Pfannen mit völlig zerkratzter Beschichtung. Badezimmer müsste mal gründlich gereinigt werden; Duschwanne gehört ausgetauscht. Als ich mich ungeschickterweise ausgesperrt hatte, erhielt ich telefonisch die Info, ich solle in 1 Std wieder anrufen oder eine Telefonnummer versuchen, die sich als nicht vergeben herausstellte. Als jemand mit Schlüsseln kam, wusste er nicht, um welche Wohnung es sich handelte und er hatte die falschen Schlüssel dabei. Als er 1 Std später wieder mit den richtigen Wohnungsschlüsseln kam, hatte er den Eingangsschlüssel für die Anlage nicht mehr dabei.
