C'an Molinet Luxury Finca in Tranquil Setting

This is an ideal venue for families or friends to spend time together. There are many terraces outside for sunbathing including a roof top terrace and large covered terraces for Al Fresco dining.   The dining room can seat up to 12 and the kitchen has all the facilities you will require including 2 fridges, dishwasher, freezer, coffee machines, hob, oven, microwave etc. The utility room has a washing machine, ironing board and iron. The bedrooms in the extended part of the Finca have air conditioning, the bedrooms in the original house have fans.  The TV Lounge is a comfortable room for all the family. There is underfloor heating and radiators that can be used during the winter.

The BBQ room has a built-in BBQ and looks out over the garden and swimming pool - there is a separate shower room just off the BBQ room. There is a small kitchen in the BBQ room that has a fridge, dishwasher and sink for easy entertaining. There is also a large table that sits up to 12 in the BBQ room.

The swimming pool is 10m x 5m and has an automatic pool cover for the safety of small children.

At the front of the property there is a large mosaic table, just off the kitchen, with seating for 12 people. Guests enjoy having breakfast at this table.

From the roof top terrace you can see the sea to the East and The Sierra Tramuntana mountain range to the West. During the months of July and August it is wonderful to lie on the roof top terrace at night and watch the stars and the occasional meteor shower - really an outstanding spectacle.

The Finca has a large garden with many fruit trees including, apple, orange, fig and lemon, there are also many almond trees. You are welcome to help yourself to the fruit from the trees.

There is an electricity charge of 0.45 Euro per kWh - A reading will be taken on arrival and departure and the amount must be paid to the manager on departure.
