This beautiful private studio room is part of the houseboat of Lone and Eric. The perfect base for a romantic trip to Amsterdam!
The houseboat is located in a quiet area only 20 minutes by bike away from the city center and easy to reach by both public transport and car (10 min from the airport)

It has a beautiful terrace with a breathtaking view and a staircase into the water (swimming allowed!). The terrace is shared with the owners but they will always respect your privacy.
The studio has a big comfortable 160x200 hotel suite bed and a 2 stove kitchen with fridge. The bathroom is supplied with a rain shower.

If you love the hustle and bustle of the city but also enjoy some peace and quiet at night: this is the place to be.
The owners will provide you with any assistance you need and will welcome you with a sweet welcome package and fresh flowers.

The apartment is cosy and comfortable and all yours during your stay. It features a separate bedroom (1st floor), fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Nice terrace at the waterfront.

Cosy stay at a "woonboat" in Amsterdam

The hosts were very friendly and the bicycles a fantastic addition to the property. They also offered us a beer with Paprika chips whilst we watched the fireworks over the Amstel from the Olympic stadium together.

Adorable houseboat on canal

I booked this houseboat for a 4 day layover in Amsterdam and it checked all my boxes. The boat is in a quiet area not far from the airport and central city. It was spotlessly clean, supplied with everything you need and the owners, Eric and Lone, live right next door and always very helpful, nice and make you feel welcome and comfortable. I highly recommend this houseboat if you are going to Amsterdam. You won't be sorry.
