Well maintained home is ready to host you!
Huge park-like fenced back yard is good for dogs, and there is also a 10 foot by 10 foot, 6 foot high dog kennel. Tile floors throughout with carpeting in two of the bedrooms. Updated kitchen with high ceilings, skylights, dining room and living room are one large open area. Large private back yard that is on the water (creek). Driveway holds up to 5 cars. Close to golf, Clearwater Beach, Pinellas bike trail, delightful downtown Dunedin, Phillies baseball stadium, Blue Jays baseball stadium. 20 miles from Tampa Airport. There is no pool on the property but we have a pool at our home nearby that you are welcome to use.

Highly Recommend!

Excellent location, quiet neighborhood, close to everything. Fully fenced yard. Felt confident our dogs were not able to get out anywhere. Mike and Carol are both friendly, helpful and accommodating.

Just little things that mean a lot

Lovely property but a few things could be improved in the house, 1 dining room and all chairs need upholstery cleaning 2 more hand towels needed 3 kettle to boil water in for making tea

Vrbo needs to have a floor plan....

This was listed as 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 baths But the master bathroom is only available to the master bedroom without going through one bedroom (really a uncomfortable futon with a twin bed on top). The other bathroom has a door that swings open unless you keep the door blocked with a rock. So every time you want to close door or keep open need to move the rock. There was no bath fan either. Had to buy trash bags as it only had 2 small garbage cans and 2 bags. Also had to buy toilet paper as they was only 4 cheap rolls, Same with paper towels cheap and one roll. There was 8 adults. Bring your own cork screw too.
