About this property

Immaculate one bedroom apartment in Cannes (Palm Beach) very close to beach and Croisette sleeps 4 max (large Habitat 3 seater iron framed sofa bed in lounge). Very large and wonderfully quiet South facing terrace (3rd floor) with laquered wood dining table and chairs (seats 6) and two large teak beach recliners with fitted cushions (all permanently on the terrace). Terrace has electric operated awning so that you control exactly how much sun you get. New air conditioning system throughout (independent room controls). Newly fitted kitchen with all appliances, marble bathroom with shower and full sized ceramic bath. Large flat screen plasma TV with Canal+ satellite (all channels), DVD player.
The apartment has full 24/7 broadband wireless internet access (password protected) - via France Telecom/Orange (Livebox). Telephone also available on request/payment of deposit.

All appliances fitted in April 2007 - when the entire apartment was fully refubished by one of Nice's top building companies.

Cannes stay

Place was great, everything you need in an apartment. Had trouble getting into the place, nut owner was great and got to put my bags at a neighbours, till the property manager show up.

Excellent apartment near the beach

For three years we already go to this apartment. We are very satisfied. Location, luxury building, apartment and devices that are in it.

Owner is a UK entertainment lawyer that spends many weeks each year in Cannes at the various congress ans festivals.

Why they chose this property

Palm Beach is a lovely quiet neighbourhood right next to the sea. There are no hotels in Palm Beach as it is 100% residential, which gives is a special “non-touristy” feeling even in the height of summer. There are some lovely local shops and restaurants in Palm Beach especially around the square where you can play Boules all year round. And of course there are at least 3 lovely beaches no more than a short walk away from the apartment, so no car is necessary. Also, there is a local bus that goes down the Croisette regularly - to the Old Port and Town Hall.

What makes this property unique

The Residence is exceptionally quiet, even at night - because there is only one road that leads to it - “Impasse Ordan”, so there is no through traffic or noisy mopeds whizzing past. It also has a particularly large and quiet South facing sun terrace.
