About this property

This beautiful modern 4 bedroom, 3 bath house with ocean views is a gem. Located on the border of Palisades and Malibu, it is minutes away from Santa Monica, Pacific Palisades and Malibu Cross Creek. It is walking distance to the Getta Villa and many beautiful beaches. The neighborhood is quiet and the house is located on a cul de sac, which is great for kids to play out on the street. Close to many hiking and mountainbiking trails and world class surfing beaches. The house is stocked with everything you need for a vacation. Kitchen utencils, spices, etc.., boogie boards, washer and dryer, daily maid service if requested.

The master bedroom has a king bed with a private bathroom, bedroom 2 and 3 have queen beds, and the 4th bedroom has a bunkbed. The backyard has a waterfall and fireplace, bbq and dining table, perfect for entertaining.

Absolutely wonderful!

This was such a fantastic VRBO - my family LOVED that there was ample space in the house for four couples to relax, and that it is in a quiet neighborhood where you can walk up into the hills to enjoy the view. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this listing - we hope to come back soon. Kathleen was also fantastically communicative and helpful - 10/10!

A Gem In Malibu

This property is absolutely amazing!!! There are breathtaking ocean views from the first and second floors. The backyard has an awesome outdoor area. We especially enjoyed the soothing sounds of the waterfall surrounded by a tropical backdrop. The property is well maintained and stocked with everything you need. Kathleen was a very responsive host. We highly recommend this property for vacation. We will definitely be returning to this “gem” in Malibu!

Wonderful visit to Malibu!

My family (husband, sister, and parents) enjoyed staying in Malibu. The property is exactly as described and is comfortable and convenient to the beach. The neighborhood is charming and friendly. I will miss waking up every morning and enjoying a cup of coffee while overlooking the gorgeous Pacific Ocean. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Awesome vacation!

First time in California for most of us. Check in was very easy, home very clean, organized and just an absolute wonderful place to stay for the week. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook some meals, backyard was very tranquil and home was very comfortable. Friendly neighborhood where you can take morning walks before starting your day. Our whole family was very happy. Definitely recommend if you want to be close to the beaches, shopping and downtown Beverly Hills, Santa Monica and LA. Kathy thank you so very much! Our family can’t wait to come back.

You can't beat the location. We are walking distance to the beach, have spectacular ocean views and the neighborhood is lovely.. The house is on a cul de sac that is perfect for kids to play out on the street. While it is considered Malibu, it is the southern most part of Malibu, therefore you are very close to Pacific Palisades, Santa Monica and Malibu City Center.
