Comfortable and cozy apartment recently renovated in the best area of Logroño, right in the center, next to the Gran Vía, the old town and the emblematic Laurel street just 3 minutes walking. The train and bus stations is 5 minutes walk away.
It is in a quiet pedestrian street (c / García Morato), surrounded by shops, bars and restaurants.
With complimentary breakfast and garage included so you can not worry about the car (the entire center is a paid area). Walk quietly and enjoy.
The apartment is completely renovated and equipped. Spacious, quiet and very bright, in a fourth floor without elevator. Ideal to relax and charge batteries. Television in each room, two beds of 1.50, sofa bed of 1.35 and two bathrooms. Make yourself at home! Kitchen equipped and stocked to prepare a good breakfast; tea, coffee, milk and pastries. We would love for you to disconnect ... but if you can not, you have high speed wifi at your disposal.

Gute Lage mit Konditionsanspruch

76 Stufen bis zur Wohnung waren recht anstrengend, man wurde aber durch die saubere und bestens eingerichtete Wohnung wieder entschädigt. Die Ventilatoren waren zwar ausreichend, man sollte bei Fewo aber nicht von einer Klimaanlage sprechen. Insgesamt waren wir aber sehr zufrieden.

Superbe appartement calme et central

L’appartement est fraîchement rénové avec beaucoup de goût. On s’y sent chez soi! Situé dans une rue piétonne, il est vraiment très calme. Il dispose d’un parking à proximité immédiate. Susanna est une hôtesse très accueillante. La cuisine est très bien équipée, les salles de bains impeccables. Le petit déjeuner est bien fourni, ainsi qu’une bouteille de Rioja! 4e sans ascenseur, mais ce n’etait Pas un problème pour nous. C’est notre meilleure location à Logroño !
