a splendid panorama frames the property from which you can admire Erice, Trapani, the Egadi. located about 350 meters above sea level, it is located near the provincial road that connects Trapani to Buseto. in 10 minutes you can reach the center of Trapani; 20 minutes to Erice and Segesta; just 20 minutes you are on the beach in S. Vito Lo Capo and the Zingaro reserve. Trapani airport is 20 km away. An ideal position therefore to reach the major tourist attractions in the province of Trapani
The villa is isolated and was completely renovated in 2009. a splendid swimming pool was built in 2014 and is completely available to guests. Free wifi connection is also available. the structure is surrounded by a pine forest, olive trees, almond trees. two large verandas (one of which is covered where you can admire the Egadi), a large living room and a splendid built-in kitchen are available for guests.
Three rooms with private bathroom, air conditioned and simply furnished will allow you to rest after a day at the beach or after an excursion to Erice. charming atmosphere.

First stay in Sicily

This was our first visit to Sicily. We had some trouble locating the villa as it is 'out of town'. Buseta Polizollo is a small town and we thought from the address that the villa was in the town. In fact it is about 2km outside. So we missed meeting up with Pietro to get the keys. But communication was excellent and it was all sorted promptly. Pietro was an excellent host and gave lots of suggestions for things to do and places to visit. The villa was lovely and well appointed. It is an excellent base for touring around and a great place to relax in the evening with lovely views across to Trapani and Erice. Awesome sunsets :-0 There are 2 BBQs: one by the pool which we made good use of, and one under cover on the terrace. We had a lovely time here and I'm sure you will too

Fantastic property

The Villa was perfect for us, with lovely pool in beautiful surroundings with lovely views. Location was very quiet, yet within close proximity to a number of towns and beautiful beaches. Pietro was an amazing host always available to answer an questions and offering great advice on where to visit.

Villa with a view

This home was exactly what we were looking for. Close enough to all the places in northwest Sicily that we wanted to see, yet remote enough to feel like we were living in the countryside. Cool pool and covered patio for the hot days. Great kitchen and each room with its own en-suite. Host Pietro is very helpful and great communication.

Buseto in Pallezolo

What a treat to stay in a spacious farmhouse in the Italian countryside. Pietro was a great host/ responsive and helpful. We arrived without dinner, and he led us to a local place with great food. The home was comfortable and clean, with amazing views. The beds were comfortable, linens fresh and the pool was crystal clean. Highly recommend.

Vue magnifique, maison confortable à la campagne entourée de citronniers, de rosiers.

Maison très bien équipée, nous avons pu cuisiner et manger le soir sur la terrasse en admirant la vue et en faisant un bbq. Nous étions 3 couples et la maison offre un configuration parfaite pour respecter l’itimité de chacun, avec ses trois salles de bains attenantes et privatives aux chambres. Très lumineuse, c’est une maison agrébale pour sentir toute l’atmosphère de la SIcile. Bien localisée pour visiter plusieurs endroits stratégiques en plus ou moins 30 minutes. Ne pas manquer la réserve de Zingaro qui est spectaculaire, Erice, Scopello, etc. Le propriétaire est charmant, d’une grande efficacité et d’une grande aide avec sesrecommandations, pour les restos, les activités, les visites. Il est une ressoruce précieuse et nous fait sentir plus comme des amis. Il a largement contribué à nous faire apprécier la Sicile. Acqua Di Menta, un endroit tout choisi pour visiter la partie ouest d d’la Sicile.
