Wonderful house in Edison Residential, composed of large living room, fully equipped kitchen, terrace, a small garden, two bedrooms with double beds, a room with two single beds and attic with two other beds. It also has a garage for one car and a large warehouse. Maximum capacity of 8 people.

The urbanization is 100 meters from the sea, it is also a quiet urbanization. It has a pool with a children's area and is also located on the front line with fantastic views of the Mediterranean Sea. From the pool area you can access a small gravel cove. It is located just 1,800 km from the center of the town of Peñíscola. It also has a bus line every hour with which to move to the center in just 10 minutes, without having to take the car.

Located at the gates of the Natural Park of the Sierra de Irta, it is an ideal place for nature lovers, where you can enjoy pleasant walks and the practice of outdoor sports such as fishing, diving, cycling, hiking, etc. . You can also enjoy the small coves of gravel located around the urbanization or, if you prefer, a wonderful day at the natural sand coves located not far away. This is the Pebret beach and the Russian beach, located in the heart of the Sierra de Irta, the only coastal area free of buildings from France to Andalusia.

The town of Peñíscola is a beautiful city whose old town is nestled in a small rock, besides being crowned by the imposing castle of Papa Luna. Because of its beauty and history, it has been chosen by several film directors for the filming of its films and television series nationally and internationally. One of the last and best known was "Game of Thrones."

Zona agradable y tranquila

La casa está muy bien, cerca de la piscina pero no en la misma urbanización. Para ir a la playa buena, la de arena, y al centro tienes que coger el coche. En la casa, al estar adentrada en la montaña, hay muchos bichos y mosquitos.

Maison très bien située et propriétaire très accueillant

Nous avons été très bien reçus. Par contre la maison sentait beaucoup le renfermé. Un lavabo fuyait, le frigo fonctionnait par intermitence, plutôt pas, les matelas de la cave inutilisables car moisis dessous et en effet peu d'ustensiles de cuisine (manque essorreuse à salade, des bols ou mugs, une grande cafetière, des couverts pour 8... ! Nous suggerons au proprietaire de mettre un grand frigo dans le garage, des vrais matelas dans toutes les pièces pour eviter le mal de dos. Cest vraiment dommage car la maison est tres bien située, le propriétaire tres agreable arrangeant et ponctuel , les pieces sont grandes, on ne se marche pas dessus, la terrasse est praticable, l'emplacement est calme. Pour aller à la piscine il faut traverser la route , mais le proprietaire nous avait tout expliqué et nous disposions d'un Pass. Les criques sont magnifiques et à 2 pas et en voiture nous sommes à la ville en 5 min. Nous ne regrettons pas notre séjour.

La Zona Fantástica, la casa NOOO

Jaime muy atento y pendiente de nosotros. Le agradezco que intentara ayudarnos. Es cierto que es una casa amplia. eso si, muchas escaleras no aptas para alguien que pueda costarle subirlas. El menaje de la cocina muy pobre. Tuve que comprarme un cuchillo de cocina porque el unico que hay no cortaba ni un tomate, no habia una tabla para cortar ni un jarra para poner agua ect.. y el lavavajillas estaba roto. Ademas cuando fueron a verlo dejaron una fuga de gas y tuvimos dos pequeñas explisiones de gas en la cocina a la hora de intenar cocinar. Pudo haber sido muy peligroso. Pero para mi lo peor es que si vas en época de mucho calor como es nuestro caso, la casa no tiene aire acondicionado en ninguna habitación, TODOS los mosquiteros estan ROTOS por lo que no puedes tener tus ventanas abiertas y es imposible dormir. En la habitacion de mi hija habia MÁS DE 35 grados de noche. Pedimos un descuento por todo lo que no funcionaba, especialmente el lavavajillas pero no nos lo dieron. Nos regalaron una botella de aceite que agradezco pero no compensa. Jaime, super atento e intento ayudarnos en lo que pudo, pero la casa no vale lo que piden por ella. Los dueños no le dan el mantenimiento adecuado. Excepto poprque la zona es una maravilla y la urbanización esta muy bien.
