Villa Karo has spectacular, panoramic views of the Grenadella Forest, the mountain range of the Sierra Bernia and the famous Mount Montgo. Its quiet, residential location gives you the peace and tranquility to relax and recharge your energy levels whilst still being within easy reach of all amenities. There is so much to see and do, from the many fabulous Mediterranean beaches, such as Playa Del Arenal (a 5-minute drive), Cala Blanca & Cala Ambolo, to the lively working fishing port and the beautiful architecture and narrow streets of the beautiful Old Town.

A car is advisable when staying at Villa Karo, though the local taxis are readily available if preferred. There is secure, off road parking for 3 cars. The transfer time to the villa is approximately 1 hour 15 minutes from Alicante airport or 1 hour 25 minutes from Valencia airport.

Superb Villa

Kev and Mel have a wonderful villa, which met all our requirements to a very high standard. We have used many villas over the years, but never had one so well equipped! Amazing views and sublime sunsets. Could not fault the property, thank you.

The "WOW" Factor!

We had wanted something a bit special for Xmas and was not disappointed!! From the minute we arrived I was blown away, Kev & Mel (Owners) welcomed us to the Villa and while explaining things and showing us the Villa I had to interrupt and admit that I was so blown away by the Villa I had not really heard what she was saying! The Villa has been decorated and furnished to an incredibly high standard yet still feels homely. The bedrooms are so luxurious, kitchen is modern and has everything you could possibly need and the lounge was very stylish yet cosy. The gardens, patio area and pool are stunning with the most amazing view of Mount Montgo from the balcony, the pool has quality sun loungers and if you're feeling energetic a game of Table Tennis, there are shaded areas if needed and a beautiful outdoor space where we enjoyed most meals and it was wonderful to sit in the evenings especially. The Villa is very private and secluded, it felt like there was nobody else around us. Nobody would be disappointed with a stay here, myself and my family can't wait to return!!

Villa Karo is privately owned by British family Mel , Kev , Dan, Judi & Trev.
Mel & Kev live in Jávea and personally manage and maintain the property to the highest standard. They are always on hand to provide you with up to date, local information and to support you throughout your stay.

As a family we have rented many holiday villas over the last 20 years. We've been delighted by a few and disappointed by a few more. Our aim with Villa Karo is to provide a holiday villa that we would like to stay in ourselves - one that has the Wow! factor and offers the facilities that we would expect from a luxury villa holiday home.

Why they chose this property

Tranquil and private, yet within a 5-minute drive to all that Javea has to offer, Villa Karo is ideally situated. Offering quality furnishings and your very own private, crystal clear pool, (can be heated during the cooler months, at an additional charge of 15 euros per day payable locally) complete with evening mood lighting, you may not want to venture too far afield.

The large covered terrace with stunning views to the famous 'sleeping elephant'
of the Montgo is a fabulous setting for al fresco dining whilst enjoying the
fabulous views & sunsets.

Taxis are readily available all year round but, If you don’t want to venture too far, there are 3 restaurants and 1 bar within easy walking distance. Come and enjoy a real 'home from home' in a truly beautiful setting on Spain's northern Costa Blanca.
