About this property

Fully furnished twin-bed studio apartment with an attached bathroom & kitchen counter on the ground floor facing a delightful swimming pool in Arpora, North Goa. An additional sofa cum bed in the apartment makes it convenient for a third occupant (if any) at an extra cost.
The complex is peacefully tucked away and yet just walking distance away from shops and restaurants. The lively North Goa beaches of Candolim, Baga, Vagator and Anjuna are very conveniently approachable.
A restaurant within the complex makes it highly convenient for guests.
I have recently installed a battery-powered backup system in the apartment to keep the lights and fan operating in the event of an outage (not powerful enough for the aircon). And finally, the wifi facility in the apartment Is now available at the users' cost.

Great apartment

Had a wonderful 3 week stay great apartment on the ground floor overlooking the pool. Aloke the owner went the extra mile to make sure your stay was very good.

have been coming to goa since 2000 and stayed in many hotels..this apartment was by far the best we have ever stayed...fabulous position only £2 tuk tuk ride to main town calangute and 5 min walk to the new saturday night market...fabulous place.
