House in Peñacaballera (Salamanca), ideal to enjoy with family and friends the nature of the surroundings. 20 minutes from the ski resort of La Covatilla (Béjar) and also very close to villages with history such as Candelario, Baños de Montemayor or Hervás. 5 minutes from the new Vía Verde (old railway line) that connects Béjar with Hervás.

Capacity for 10 people with total comfort. It has five bedrooms, three full bathrooms and a toilet (three of these rooms have their own bathroom). The house is distributed on two open floors with an interior space where the living room is located. The spacious kitchen is undoubtedly one of the most special places.

The house also has a large cobbled private patio and another small patio with access from the kitchen, ideal to enjoy in good weather.

Note: In accordance with Decree 3/2017 of February 16, which regulates tourist accommodation establishments in the Community of Castilla y León, this house will never be rented for a period greater than 30 days in total over a year complying with the definition of habituality of said decree.
