Stunning 2 Bd/2Ba home in the Beach Club Luxury Condominium complex off Eau Gallie in Indialantic, Fl. High cathedral ceilings, ceiling fans, bright, sunny, spacious with beach décor will make you feel like you're in a tropical paradise and will WOW you as you enter the unit. Gorgeous grounds and pool/clubhouse await you. Perfectly located in a nice and quiet neighborhood yet close to everything. Fully furnished Unit, including beach towels, beach umbrella, iron with ironing board, well stocked with items for cooking. Totally equipped kitchen. Full size washer and dryer. Master bedroom with comfy King bed/mattress and 2nd bedroom with comfy Queen bed/mattress. Guest bedroom has a desk setup for use as office space for your convenience. 2 bathrooms – one with huge step in ceramic tile shower and the other with tub/shower combo. Balcony with 2 chairs and side table. 3rd floor unit (no elevator). Cable TV (3 rooms) and WiFi are provided. Smart TV in living room. Pool, hot tub and exercise room in the community clubhouse. Plenty of stores nearby including Walmart, Winn Dixie, Bealls Outlet, Publix, good restaurants, banks, gas stations, liquor stores, convenience stores and beaches. The neighborhood also features Melbourne historic arts district, shopping areas and is 15 minutes from the airport. Plenty of parking spaces. 800 yards to Canova beach or drive to many area beaches with free parking.

Joe and Sylvia live in Charleston, SC after moving from the Washington DC area for most of their lives. Buying a place in Florida is likely our next real move but for now we love the fact that we have a place to quickly get to.

Why they chose this property

We wanted a quick getaway for ourselves (a little over 6 hour drive) and we fell in love with the Melbourne area, especially the beachside of Indialantic. It is our home away and we want to share with those who also love and visit this area. We purchased in summer of 2016 and have remodeled to make this unit truly gorgeous and comfortable.

What makes this property unique

We love the fact that this community is so close to the beach, yet not on the beach. And quick access to almost everything but especially proximity to the causeway going into Melbourne or A1A heading north or south for lots of restaurants, attractions and just beautiful beachside scenery.
