The Space:
This Lake Maggiore holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of the building and is furnished in a modern and contemporary style.

It has 2 bedrooms (one double and one with twin beds), a bathroom with shower, sink, bidet and toilet, as well as an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen in this Lake Maggiore holiday apartment is well equipped and there is also a communal laundry room in the basement of the property where there is a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Outside, the property has a south facing private terrace, equipped with table and chairs, ideal for al fresco dining. Since it is south facing, it enjoys the sun for a substantial part of the day. The terrace also has a partial view of the lake and swimming pool. Doors lead from both the living areas and master bedroom, allowing guests to make the most of this outdoor space.

Guest Access:
Guests staying at this Lake Maggiore holiday apartment have exclusive use of the apartment and private terrace. Guests also have shared use of the swimming pool and jacuzzi with the other residents staying at the apartments.

The Neighborhood:
Maccagno is a popular lakeside town boasting a number of restaurants, bars and cafes all within an easy walk of the apartment. If you prefer to swim in the lake than in the pool, the lakeside beach is literally a few seconds walk away. There are plenty of sports on offer for those who like to be active. As well as a number of water sports options, there are tennis courts and an athletics track nearby as well as plenty of opportunities to enjoy climbing and cycling. It's also within walking distance of the public boat stop in Maccagno making it very easy for guests to explore the wider Lake Maggiore area.

Getting Around:
A car is not necessary as everything is within easy walking distance of this Lake Maggiore holiday apartment, including the boat stop where guests can access all the other towns and villages on the lake. There is a restaurant and cafe on site as well as plenty of other restaurants within walking distance. The train station is also easily accessible from the apartment. Trains go direct from here to Milan Malpensa airport. Or we can help organise taxi transfers.

Other Things to Note:
There are a number of apartments located within this lakeside complex. This Lake Maggiore holiday apartment is one of the cheaper 2 bedroom apartments since it doesn't enjoy uninterrupted lake views but we think the terrace here is great. It catches the sun most of the day and so is a lovely outdoor space for guests to enjoy.
