A beautiful and well presented luxury 3 bedroom house (sleeps 6) situated on the popular La Finca Golf resort near Algorfa on the Costa Blanca Spain.
The Villa is detached with great views of the surrounding areas, including the prestigious La Finca Golf Course and club house. Situated within one of the newly build 'communities' it is a very modern property. The house also benefits from a large sun lounging terrace on the first floor, off road parking should you wish to use it, UK Television, Wi-Fi Internet throughout the property, Air Conditioning in all bedrooms and living spaces and all the luxuries you would imagine in a house of this standard. The property also benefits from a private swimming pool which is ideal for a cool down and of course the children. For those you are taking a break but still need to check back on things at home a full internet connection is available for usage to the clients. The benefit of the Air-Con comes into its own during the summer months and can be a welcome respite from the 35ºC temperatures. At the same time, the pool is perfect for a dip when the sunbathing needs to have a rest.
The accommodation consists of a large open plan living space with a good-sized American style kitchen with all modern appliances. The dining area has a well sized table with seating for four. This leads to a comfortable seating area with a well sized sofa and two relaxation chairs, with views of the swimming pool through a full sized glass wall of sliding doors.
Also on the lower level are the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. The 2nd Bedroom benefits from a double bed and the sliding doors open onto the pool garden area. the 3rd bedroom is to the rear of the house and consists of 2 x single beds. This rooms external access leads out on to the rear artificial grassed garden area. Also on the lower level you will find the master bathroom consisting of a walk in shower, Toilet and Wash Basin. Moving upstairs you will find the master bedroom fitted out with a large double bed and with fantastic views also. Within the master bedroom is the En-suite bathroom, again, this consists of a walk-in shower, toilet and wash Basin.
Leading from both the master bedrooms sliding doors and also the top of the staircase is the large upper terrace. Although not shown within the pictures (due to the property only just being available for rental) the terraces will be fitted out with sun loungers and external furnishings.
The rear garden and terrace will also be equipped to a good standard in the coming weeks.
This property is of a highest standard with a modern and spacious feel, a private pool, a roof solarium from the bedroom and landing, all of which boast beautiful uninterrupted views of the surrounding areas.

Upon agreeing your holiday period and price, you will be required to pay a 25% deposit of the booking figure. The remaining balance and cleaning charge will be required no less than 6 weeks prior to your arrival date at the villa.
It is required that a 200.00 Euro security bond is paid upon agreed final payment. This is held by HomeAway and will be refunded 7 days after the departure from the villa.
Changeover Day:
Flexible. On same day changeovers at the villa it is required that clients vacate the villa by 10.30am and tenants arrive for their stay no earlier than 4.00pm. Although this is stated we will do our best to accommodate your requirements beyond these times.

The nearest village is Algorfa and is typically Spanish should you wish to try some authentic tapas and sample the local wines. This area is well connected with a good infrastructure ensuring that the beautiful beaches of Guardamar del Segura are only 15 minute drive from the resort and Alicante airport is around 30 minutes away.
For those who wish to venture further afield, it is situated close to the popular towns of Los Montesinos, San Miguel, Almoradi and Quesada and a short drive from Torrevieja providing a host of local & international restaurants, bars & various local & cultural amenities plus local fresh produce markets. The Villa also benefits from being only a few minutes from the motorway where you will be able to travel even further afield to popular locations such as Alicante or south to Cartegena (once Spain's largest fishing town). For a great day out visit the theme parks Terra Mitica, Terra Natura and Aqualandia (Seasonal).
The property has off road parking for your vehicle also should you wish to use it and the house is also on a quiet lesser developed road.
