The open-plan living room opens out to a paved terrace, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee in the sun. This is such a peaceful location tucked away from the hustle and bustle of busy towns but close enough to enjoy the wonderful array of cafes, bars and restaurants at nearby Falmouth where you will find a wide-range of dining-out choices. The long, flat, sandy beach at Maenporth is a mile or so away and this is perfect for kayaking or paddling. Swanpool Beach with its water sports activities is also nearby and there is so much to see and do in this lovely part of Cornwall.
