About this property

The house is located in the Parco delle Rose complex near the entrance to the lakes, then to the surveillance station, the supermarket and a few minutes from the sea and the shopping center. The house is divided into two levels. On the ground floor there is a garden with veranda and, internally, kitchen, living room with sofa bed and fireplace and a service bathroom with laundry.
On the second floor there are two double bedrooms with balcony and recently renovated bathroom.

Disponibilité et confiance ++

Romano est quelqu'un de très disponible, très aimable et de très arrangeant. Il est très flexible quant aux heures du check-in et check-out. Il répond très rapidement aux mails et se décarcasse pour trouver des solutions. Nous avons eu un soucis avec la douche et il a tout fait pour nous trouver une solution même s'il était loin de là. Les lits et le sol étaient impeccables. Petits bémols pour le manque de prises électriques, l'absence de ventilateurs (un seul air conditionné présent dans l'une des chambres), la vaisselle et les évacuations des éviers qui étaient plutôt sales (tasse utilisée comme cendrier par d'autres locataires et les évacuations plein de cheveux et d'amas de crasses). Cependant, je recommande sans soucis la location de la maison! Sa terrasse est un gros point fort pour manger dehors tout en étant protégé du soleil ! De plus, la maison dispose de moustiquaires. Très appréciables pour profiter des nuits (parfois) plus fraîches et aérer sans crainte pour les moustiques !
