JOIVY Charming Apt w/Terrace in the very heart of Milan

The space

Enjoy living in the very heart of the beautiful city, just a short walk away from the famous Sforza Castle, or Castello Sforzesco. The apartment is elegantly decorated and professionally cleaned, it has a bedroom, a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining room, a bathroom with a bath and a charming terrace. High-speed internet is provided.



House rules:

JOIVY Italy wants you to have a fantastic stay, so encourage you to see the space as a home away from home - treating it as though it is yours! There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:

- Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets

- Dispose of rubbish appropriately

- Keep the property clean and tidy

- Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected

- Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building

- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space

- Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.

- To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification.

Nice Place But A Little Dated

While there was nothing wrong with this property, it wasn't out favorite. It's a bit older and shows some signs of wear and tear. it was very clean for the condition and the location was great, but the apartment itself was just a bit lacking. Also it's really full of the owner's knick-knacks, so it does have a feel of a bit of clutter. Don't get me wrong, this place was fine and the location is great, but the photos make it look sleeker than it really is. Still worth a look, and again, nothing actually "wrong" with it. Oh, and the property management team was great to work with.

Exquisite, well-located apartment

You're going to love this place... we did. Well located, stylish, fun, AIR CONDITIONED (after I unplugged and replugged in the unit), mostly spotless. The owners explained well how to get in and we were off and running. Growing pains: the apartment needs a fuller description of how to work items within it, what the WiFi password is, and where to leave trash and recycling. I'd suggest a checklist for checkout as part of standard paperwork left within the apartment. Also, there's currently no simple way to heat milk for coffee, an oversight that the owner staff have assured will be addressed. But really: you're going to love this place.
