WONDERFUL VILLA CLOSE TO THE ALTEA GOLF (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL. FOR 6 + 2 PEOPLE.

LAY OUT : This beautiful villa is spread over 2 floors connected by an inside staircase. On the upper floor we have 2 bedrooms with double bed and en suite bathroom (one with shower and the other with bathtub). On the main floor we will find 2 more bedrooms (one with single beds and the other with sofa bed) and one more bathroom with bathtub. From the hall we access to the spacious kitchen which is open to the dining room and to the comfortable living room with its leather sofas.

EXTERIOR : The plot is closed and we access by an automatic sliding door. You will have enough space to park your cars (a part of the car park is uncovered). The lovely swimming pool that you will appreciate on the hot days of the Spanish summer is in front of a covered terrace with a dining area. On the uncovered terrace are the sunbeds for you to enjoy the sun. There is an outdoor W.C.

LOCATION : This villa is located in a famous area of Altea just next to the Golf. Very well located for the ones who want to practice without having to take the car. At only 8 minutes in car from the wonderful town of Altea where you can find delicious restaurants and places of interest.

OTHERS : FREE WIFI ACCESS, CLOSE TO THE ALTEA GOLF COURT.
