Villa BELLAVISTA by Abahana Villas

HOLIDAY VILLA WITH PRIVATE POOL ONLY 300M OF THE SEA. IT HAS PRIVILEDGE VIEWS TO THE SEA AND THE Ifach Rock in Calpe (Costa Blanca) for up to 8 people.

DISTRIBUTION: The Villa is located on an upper floor which can be accessed from an exterior staircase. On this floor there are four bedrooms, two with double beds and two with single beds, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room with Sat TV and fireplace. From the lounge you have access to the large terrace with a unique view of the sea and Natural Park of Penon de Ifach.

EXTERIOR: The fenced grounds consist of approximately 1200 square meters with a nice garden of fruit trees and a great pool with great views of the sea. This villa also has a barbecue area and ample space to park our vehicles.

LOCATION: The villa is found in a nice area, only 300m from the club Bassetes and sea. In this club we can find restaurants and all kinds of sea-related activities such as diving, kayak ...

OTHER: PETS NOT ALLOWED, FREE WIFI, AIR CONDITIONING IN ALL THE BEDROOMS.
