PRETTY VILLA FOR RENT IN CALPE (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL, for up to 4 people.

LAY OUT : This beautiful villa of 230m2 has only one floor where we will find a comfortable living room with nice sofas and fireplace, a bright separated and fully equipped kitchen and a dining room with nice joist on the ceiling and a large wooden table where we can all have dinner together. There are two bedrooms with double beds and air conditioning, one of them has access to the covered terrace that has beautiful views on the pool. The villa also has two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bath and toilet.

EXTERIOR: This pretty villa is on a flat and closed plot of 1027m2 where we will park several vehicles in the parking area and one of them in the covered parking area. There is a built-in barbecue next to an outdoor dining table in front of the pool. On the pool terrace we will find several sunbeds for sunbathing during the sunny summer days of our beautiful Costa Blanca. There is a covered terrace that communicates with the villa where we will have another dining table with four armchairs.

LOCATION: The villa is located in a quiet neighbourhood of Calpe just 300 meters from a great restaurant, 800 meters from a supermarket and 1200 meters from the famous sandy beach, La Fossa. Quiet and close to all services, this villa is ideal for perfect vacations.
