Cala Salento offers, for unforgettable beach holidays, an exclusive independent villa sleeping 10 (developed over two floors) just 200m from the wonderful beaches of Porto Cesareo - Scala di Furno.
The property is located in a small residential complex with exclusive access to residents only. The house has a large and comfortable veranda equipped with outdoor furniture, built-in barbecue and outdoor shower.

LIVING AREA: entrance/living room with double sofa bed and TV, service bathroom with adjoining washing machine, built-in kitchen, second bathroom complete with shower cubicle.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: first bedroom on the ground floor, air-conditioned, with double bed plus two single beds. A comfortable internal staircase leads to the first floor where there are two comfortable air-conditioned double bedrooms. Third bathroom of the house (complete with shower cubicle).

ADDITIONAL FEATURES: mosquito nets. In the space in front of the house (common with the other properties) there is a parking space, Wi-Fi. THE PRESENCE OF ANIMALS IS NOT WELCOME.
