ONLY it is rented during the months of JULY, AUGUST and SEPTEMBER.
It is located in the fishing district of Conil, near the beach, in a street-street of Calle Cádiz (15 meters away), in María Santana street No. 5 and about 4 - 5 minutes walk to the beach of Los Bateles.
At the beginning of the street, there is Cádiz street, one of the most tourist streets of Conil de la Frontera.
It is very quiet, since the street is pedestrian and only 2 or 3 neighbors park in it.
It is new construction, wide and bright. It consists of three bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living room and patio. The kitchen is fully equipped and has ceramic hob, oven and dishwasher.
It is located on the ground floor and inside (no noise). It is an ideal house for people who want to spend their summer holidays in Conil, near the beach, in a quiet place and want to forget about the car, since there is parking and supermarkets nearby.
The area of walk or summer atmosphere, is about 150 meters.
We also have a villa in Zahora in front of the Trafalgar Lighthouse, near the beach and in an excellent area.
