Two-room apartment on the ground floor, composed of a living room with kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom, front yard and private parking inside the structure.
The apartment does not have bed linen and bath towels. The supply is foreseen with the additional payment of € 10 per person.
It is located about 600 meters from the main beach of Budoni, not far away there are also a supermarket, two pizzerias and a pastry shop.
The town center, reachable on foot in a few minutes, offers bakeries, banks, post office, pharmacy, supermarkets, numerous bars, ice cream parlors and pizzerias.
Budoni, with its 18 km of coasts and creeks and lush pine forests, offers a splendid scenery.
A lively country where folk festivals, culinary traditions and folkloristic events alternate with fun-filled evenings. The typical markets are very attractive.
Easily accessible, it is located about 30 km south from the port and airport of Olbia, and a few km from San Teodoro. Moreover, it is an excellent starting point to visit the Costa Smeralda or the splendid Gulf of Orosei with its wonderful coves.

Perfect

I enjoyed my stay! Perfect size apartment, perfect distance to beach and town... got to move around without problems and without renting a car. The owner assisted us with anything and everything. It was much appreciated! Budoni is beautiful.. we hope to come back sooner than later.

Alles da was man braucht

Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Haus ist sauber übergeben worden. Leider ist das Haus insgesamt etwas hellhörig aber ansonsten tolle Lage, man ist schnell am Strand.

Vacanza perfetta

Io ed il mio ragazzo siamo stati veramente fortunati a prenotare questo appartamento! Posizione perfetta per raggiungere tutte le più belle spiagge della zona (La Cinta, Cala Brandinchi, Budoni, Maddalena, Golfo di Orosei). Eva è simpaticissima e veramente disponibile, la casa è pulita e perfetta per 2 persone; cucina dotata di tutto il necessario (pentole, posate, piatti, caffettiera), bagno funzionale, forse l'unica pecca è la tenda della doccia, che, seppur presente, non ferma tutta l'acqua, con rischio di bagnare il pavimento. La stanza è dotata di un armadio capiente, letto comodissimo e ventilatore. Consiglio vivamente! Alla prossima Eva.

Due settimane trascorse serenamente in un luogo semplice ed accogliente

L'appartamento al piano terra è semplice e funzionale, dotato di posto auto e dei servizi necessari; anche se piuttosto confinato, viene bilanciato dal giardino che si vive come fosse un 'appendice, il patio della casa. Un luogo tranquillo e silenzioso ove consumare i pasti, rilassarsi e leggere. Carente la dotazione di vasellame, pentole, e bicchieri. Disagevole l'assenza del box doccia nel bagno. Piacevolissimi, gentili e disponibili i proprietari, segnatamente la Sig.ra Eva.
