Relax in luxury at Rainbow House and enjoy peaceful surroundings. Featuring a 50sqm bedroom with a king sized bed and en-suite bathroom, Downstairs enjoy the cozy snug with a bookshelf and smart TV. Upstairs is workstation with an Italian leather chair to work in comfort, a relaxing reading chair, sofa and mood lighting, along with six large velux windows creating an airy feel throughout the day and night. This beautifully designed and sympathetically restored barn conversion features many original features, and Rainbow House dates back to 1908 where it was an integral part of the town as Rainbow Farm providing a milking place for the local milk man Fred Rainbow. This lovely property is situated 2 minutes walk from Lutterworth town centre with various shops, cafe’s, restaurants and pubs, all within easy walking distance.

This property was left to ruin so in 2014 Lee and Janine had a dream of restoring it to modern standards but without losing it's charm. It's now fully insulated from top to bottom bringing it up to it's modern standard but still full of charm.
