Good place for short time stay. Good service from Norma

When we arrived, Norma took care of us and our needs. We appreciate that! Rooms are small and you need a car when you stay there. Good for short vacation Too far away of the beach, restaurants and groceries

The Large gated community this condo is in is very secure and well maintained.

The condo it self has two bed rooms upstairs with 2 bathrooms, the kitchen is very small, with little counter space and cupboards but adequate. There is a small fenced area out back with a washer, hot water tank and propane tank. Ideal for a barbecue. The front yard is where there is a table and four chairs to site in but not private, one can hear the large trucks as the highway is only a few blocks away, and the music from the Aqa adventure park is a block away and the music they play can be heard all day. No WiFi or phone and you have a 10 minute walk to get ride of your garbage. Bottled water is delivered daily. There is a 10 minute walk to the gate, OXXO, restaurant, gas station and bus stop. Wall Mart is a short taxi ride (60 pesos) away. While we stayed there the first 2 weeks in March there was a nice breeze every afternoon.

not impressed

the cabinets in particular were tatty with a door missing and some of the walls needed a coat of paint. the kitchen was not the quality as shown in the photos (in fact, I would query whether it is the same room). The house was reasonably clean (apart from much dust left after some repairs done in the kitchen area) but not up to our standards, and the linens and towels were good quality. the area of Las Ceibas is not a senior adults only facility area but is well maintained, secure and pleasant the house was in view of a very large water park belonging to the dolphin center, music was playing from 9.15am until 5.00pm every day not the vacation we wanted.

House in Las Ceibas

Very nice secure, quite neighbour hood, well maintained property Norma was very helpful initially , securing items that were needed and got cable tv installed and got a newer washer put in. The last week Norma did not respond to messages, we ran out of gas and we had to purchase a new cylinder ourselves that cost 561 pesos The address is wrong , it is in Las Ceibas not Las Jarretaderas Nowhere near the beach Taxis and or buses are needed to get to anywhere, having a car is recommended Should have a handrail on the stairs.
