This 1st floor studio apartment provides a seating area, double bed, flat screen TV, modern bathroom with shower; plus a kitchen with a fridge, microwave & kettle. There is also a balcony.

The condominium has two entrances, one on Sukhumvit Road, which allows for easy access to Bangkok to the north, around a 90 minute drive, and Rayong to the south. The other entrance is located opposite the Big C Extra shopping center in Pattaya Klang, which is very handy for your shopping needs! Being on the Central Pattaya Road access into the city center is quick and easy, especially by Baht Bus. Central Pattaya provides a range of entertainment, plentiful shops, restaurants, bars and massage parlors, a bustling nightlife and a 4 km long stretch of sandy beach.

There is an abundance of attractions in the area, including Nong Nooch Tropical Botanical Garden, Pattaya Floating Market, the Sanctuary of Truth, Tiffany's cabaret show, the scenic island of Koh Larn and numerous golf courses to name a few!
