Awesome extended family destination with your own private beach. Breathtaking views of the ocean on all three floors. Brand new construction in 2015. House has 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Great open floor plan on the first floor with a fabulous over-sized kitchen, dining space and adjacent living room with a Samsung 60" TV. There is also a den with a sleep sofa and a 58' Samsung TV. Beautiful hardwood floors and 9' ceilings on the first floor with a perfect setting and views from the main outside deck with enough seating for everyone. You will definitely enjoy the main deck in the evening - our favorite place on earth in the summertime. There are also two other decks, an intermediate deck with incremental outdoor dining, and a deck on the dune overlooking the beach - perfect for stargazing at night. On the 2nd floor, there is a very spacious master suite with its own outside deck to enjoy the morning sunrise and 3 other large bedrooms, including the east bedroom also with its own outside deck. Plenty of beach chairs and beach umbrellas for your enjoyment. Parking for 5 cars. We are located in the quiet south end of Point Pleasant Beach, yet only a short 10 minute walk to the boardwalk and amusements.

CLEANING PROTOCOLS:
We have always been proud of maintaining high cleaning standards for our guests. However, we are expanding our cleaning protocols to give even more comfort about staying with us. Between stays, we will be cleaning all of the bedding, including washing blankets, mattress pads, and pillow protectors. In addition, our cleaning crew will be disinfecting counter tops in the high traffic areas like the kitchen and bathrooms. We will also be disinfecting all of the doorknobs in the house. We trust these extra steps will give you the confidence that we are doing all we can to keep everyone healthy and safe. We look forward to hosting you.
