Modern and pleasantly decorated house in a beautiful place
We were the second guest for the house, so this is very new and owned by a young and nice couple. This turned out to be one of the best cottage stays for us. The house overlooks hills and a river in a distance so very beautiful and quiet apart from sounds of birds - very nice to be in the hot tub surrounded by this after a long walk in Snowdonia (which is not too far). We spotted hares in the morning! Having driven in from London we stocked up with good meat and vegetables at Hawarden Farm House. There’s also a good butcher in Conwy as well. We cooked quite a lot and found everything we need was there, in an excellent condition. The house with the log stove and modern facilities was so comfortable that I probably wouldn’t mind a rainy day to appreciate the house and scenery from the windows. I wished we lived here!
Stayed 3 nights in May 2019
