1 LIVING ROOM WITH KITCHEN: total size 22m2,
fully equipped kitchen: built-in appliances :dishwasher, microwave, oven, induction cooker. Toaster, electric kettle, hood, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans so you can prepare your own food. So better taste is available basic space and off course tea, coffee and sugar.
There is also refrigerator with freezer and built-in washing machine.
In part of living room you can rest in leather sofa and watching TV (55"). There is amazing view on park - nobody can see you in the flat so you have privacy all the time. If you want, you can use blind, but it is not necessary. If you are more than 2 you can use leather fold sofa as the bed. It is comfortable for sleep for two persons. Large design heating. Wooden oak floor.
1BATHROOM: cosy bathroom but enough large for tube and wash-basin with big mirror and heating. Hot water all the time. Towels and shampoo include hair dryer include it.
1 WC - toilet
1 STORAGE ROOM - small room 1m2, where you can put your luggage and some other things (for example shoes)

PARKING your car is available on the streets for free.

HEATING is regular by thermostat and you can make the best temperature for you. Because the flat is orient on north, there is very good temperature in hot days in summer.

Design elements in the flat: Reconstructed wooden door frame and door from 1940. Design modern heating and library in bedroom. Wooden renovated parquet in bedroom from 1940 too. Wooden oak floor in living room with kitchen. On the corridor tiled floor with ornament.

You can use balcony. Balcony is sharing with one neighbor and it is situated in mezzanine on opposite site than flat. So it is close to go there and enough far away from your neighbors. You can smoke there or you can put there wet clothes to became dry.
