Holiday house in the woods, a few steps from the beach. Surrounded by gardens, it shares with the main house (separate entrances and independent).
The apartment is located sea side, without having to cross the main provincial road Giannella. There you reach via a convenient private driveway that leads to the beach.
Bedroom with Matriomoniale, bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower, kitchenette and living room with possibility of two additional seats on the sofa bed. Large garden, with outdoor furniture (umbrella, table, chairs), barbeque area, and outside hot shower. Autoclave that garantise water even in high season, zanzarie windows, tv for a holiday of total relaxation and privacy.

Lo Consiglio!!!!
Abbiamo soggiornato 2 settimane e siamo stati molto bene. Casa ben curata e pulita. Fornita di ogni cosa. Super disponibilità e gentilezza dei proprietari che soggiornavano nella casa adiacente. A 2 passi dal mare quindi molto comoda x chi come noi ha bambini piccoli.
