Logroño holiday house for groups

En general muy bien. La proprietaria es muy amable, la zona donde está la casa es muy tranquila (y por eso no se molestan los vecinos si hay algo de ruida), piscina es enorme, la casa es pequeña dentro pero la idea es estar fuera. Hay una zona grande cubierta que se puede usar tambien cuando no hay buen tiempo. A diez min en coche del centro de Logroño.

VOY A SER LO MAS SINCERO Y OBJETIVO POSIBLE. NUESTRA ESTANCIA FUE AGRADABLE EN GENERAL. EL ALOJAMIENTO ESTÁ BIEN EN LINEAS GENERALES, TIENE UN PORCHE Y PISCINA QUE HACEN LA ESTANCIA ATRACTIVA. QUITANDO ÉSTO, EL INTERIOR DE LA VIVIENDA DEJA MUCHO QUE DESEAR; TIENE 3 HABITACIONES DE LAS CUALES SE PODRÍA DECIR QUE SOLAMENTE UN DE ELLAS ES ACORDE AL PRECIO QUE TIENE. RESPECTO A LAS DEMÁS LAS CALIFICARÍA COMO "NORMALITAS" (AUNQUE ALGUNA CON ALGÚN COLCHÓN NO MUY CÓMODO LA VERDAD. ESTAS 3 HABITACIONES TIENEN CAPACIDAD PARA UNAS 8 PERSONAS. EN CUANTO AL RESTO DE HUÉSPEDES (HASTA 24), TIENEN HABILITADO UN "GARAJE" CON EL RESTO DE LAS CAMAS PARA COMPLETAR LAS 24 Y AQUÍ SI QUE SE VE FALTA DE LIMPIEZA EN GENERAL, ESTADO DE COLCHONES NO MUY BUENO, ETC. TAMBIÉN A DESTACAR QUE SOLAMENTE TIENE 2 BAÑOS Y UNO DE ELLOS EQUIPA UNA DUCHA QUE NO ESTÁ EN LAS MEJORES CONDICIONES (ESTÁ SUELTA Y TE PUEDES QUEDAR CON EL ROCIADOR EN CUALQUIER MOMENTO. OTRA ANÉCDOTA QUE NOS OCURRIÓ ES QUE UN COMPAÑERO FUE A ABRIR UNA PUERTA Y SE QUEDÓ LITERALMENTE CON LA MANILLA EN LA MANO (ESA MANILLA NO ESTABA EN CONDICIONES Y ADEMÁS NOS LA A RECLAMADO COMO SI FUÉRAMOS NOSOTROS LOS QUE LA ROMPIMOS), DE ESTO PODEMOS CONTAR VARIAS ANÉCDOTAS PERO NO QUIERO EXTENDERME EN LA DESCRIPCIÓN...TAMPOCO NOS PARECIÓ LÍCITO QUE FUÉRAMOS GRABADOS POR 3 CÁMARAS (LAS QUE PUDIMOS VER) EN TODO MOMENTO DURANTE LA ESTANCIA...COMO COMENTO NO QUIERO EXTENDERME MUCHO POR LO QUE MI VALORACIÓN PERSONAL ES QUE LA ESTANCIA EN GENERAL NO ES MALA PERO EL TRATO QUE EN UN PRINCIPIO ERA MUY CORDIAL CON LA ANFITRIONA, QUE TENGO QUE RECONOCER QUE EN UN PRINCIPIO NOS HIZO FAVORES DE COMPRA ANTICIPADA DE ALIMENTACIÓN ETC. QUEDO MERMADA POR LA ACTITUD RECAUDATORIA (ECONÓMICAMENTE HABLANDO) QUE ME PARECIÓ TENER POR SACAR EL MAYOR BENEFICIO POSIBLE Y CARGAR CONTRA NOSOTROS COSAS QUE REALMENTE NO ERAN ASUMIBLES A MI ENTENDER.
