Fabulous Minimalist Villa with Private Pool-Spa

Modern villa, first quality materials and appliances, private pool with small spa, private garden, quiet area, air conditioning and heating in all rooms, Wifi included, great tranquility, ideal for families who want to rest and enjoy the good weather.
The modernity, tranquility of the area and the design of the house make the villa a unique and cozy place.
The house has a swimming pool with spa, private garden, solarium. A cleaning service for the villa is included in the price. Cleaning is done depending on the duration of the stay, this service includes the change of towels and sheets as well as a cleaning of the house.
In case you would like more changes of sheets or towels or more cleaning will be charged, the price will be € 40 for each extra cleaning.
The tranquility of the mountain and the proximity of the beach. Everything is modern and cozy. A minute from the house is a supermarket that opens every day. There are two restaurants in the area.
It is necessary to rent a car. The taxi service works properly and they are quite cheap.
The cleaning service, which is included in the price is mandatory, an agreement will be reached with the guests about the same time to avoid disturbing them.

Beautiful villa in the mountains

This is a lovely modern villa set in the mountains of Gran Canaria. It is a must if you want peace and tranquility away from the busy resorts like Playa del Ingles. However, with car hire essential you can be in these places in under 10 minutes. The villa itself is very modern with dishwasher, washing machine and air con in all rooms. The private pool is just the right size for a small family and was perfect for cooling off after sunbathing on the decking. The villa is really close to Aqualand and Palmitos Park (2 of the main attractions in Gran Canaria). Your host Susana is lovely and deals with any queries or messages straight away. She even met us at the villa to show us everything and recommended lots of nice restaurants to eat of an evening. Weather was great for us, sunny and 32C most days. The beaches are beautiful and we even had an amazing camel ride through the dunes of Maspalomas (15€ pp for 35 mins good value). Another bonus for us was returning home without a single mosquito bite - very happy. Overall, a really good holiday staying in a fantastic villa. Would recommend to anyone - enjoy!

Susana nos recibió y nos explicó todo con gran amabilidad. La villa es muy acogedora, esta decorada con buen gusto y está dotada de todo lo necesario para que una familia pueda pasar unos días relajados. El entorno es muy tranquilo y seguro.

Es war von der Organisation, bis hin zur Schlüsselübergabe alles Top. Es war sehr sauber, auch die Putzfrau die kam hat Ihre Arbeit mehr als gut gemacht. Man konnte sich auch immer an jemanden wenden bei Problemen, ob es jetzt um das Feriendomizil ging oder auch andere Dinge wie z. B. gute Restaurants, Taxi etc.
