We've stayed at this property 4 times now and had positive experience but a issues need rectifying

Property is dated and needs looking at shower tap has a leak, carpet is threadbear and sofa needs replacing as it has collapsed in the middle but overall nice stay

Lovely caravan although it had some cleaning issues.

There was a cleanliness issue though. Property could have done with a better clean. Things like bathroom radiators needed a good clean were marked and dusty. Mirrors and cupboard door were smeary looked like minimum effort had been done with the cleaning. Kitchen floor could have done with a proper wash. Having said this the caravan was lovely it was just a shame that these things spoilt the review.

The property was great, however we paid extra for a 2pm check but when we got there it had not been cleaned called the cleaning company who apologised and offered to refund the £20 . Was told to come back at 4pm so we had to leave fully packed car and head club house for something to eat but that was closed could only get drinks. Upon our return at 4pm the caravan had still not been cleaned contact the cleaning company again who apologised again and said they would get right onto it . Cleaner did not turn up till 5pm on her own . we managed to get into our caravan about 6pm and time we unpacked the day was gone . Through out the week on a lot of occasions when we ordered food we were told that they had run out Not sure this site was ready for the amount of visitors that were booked in

Caravan Park

Caravan wasn’t ready for early check in still being cleaned, standard of caravan needs some TLC, shower in bathroom leaked over floor and is still drying out, reported to maintenance but heard nothing back.

Incredible time

I am so pleased with this property. It was right on the edge of the private beach. There were so many car parking spaces around. The caravan itself was clean and homely and we really appreciated having two toilets and two showers. It was a very short walk from osyth holiday parks main club house and a four day pass to use their facilities is only £4.50 as this does not come included in the property. It is a 15 minute drive from the main clacton on sea pier. The neighbours and holiday goers were all very welcoming. I had a brill weekend here. Cheap and cheerful.
