This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condominium is perfectly located 1/2 a block from the beach! The condo features a large living area, spacious bedrooms, large balcony overlooking the pool area, and has a washer/dryer! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook delicious meals and make you feel at home. The complex has a great pool area for lounging in the backyard and is in close proximity to shops and restaurant here on South Padre Island!

You all were very nice to work with,. I enjoyed my time. It would be nice to have a better mattress in the single bed bedroom would be great. SPI people are very pleasant, nice to work with very helpful. Very pleased with all of you. Janice

January stay

We really enjoy the place and it has an elevator so it's easy to get to the 3rd floor.. It's very close to the gulf and to Kelly's Irish Pub, which we like. It doesn't have a washer and dryer in the unit, but there are laundry rooms on each floor. Great friendly neighbors and the manager Mark is very helpful. The downside this time were that the rocker recliners need to be replaced and both closets were full of stuff(bedding, fans, vacuum, tents) that there wasn't any room to store our suitcases

Below Average

Needs a lot of updating, had to pay to wash towels so we have clean towels while there. Not enough toilet paper, dishwasher soap & paper towels for a weeks stay, hot tub was not warm enough to get into. We did enjoy the beach!! Very close to the beach walking distance & manager was super nice/kind & considerate!
