Close to Guia is the well known "Casa da Guia", a space full of fashion restaurants and cafes and with a stunning view over the Atlantic Ocean. In the area you also have several supermarkets and coffe shops. There is a bike track connecting Cascais to Guincho that passes and has a bike delivery point exactly in Guia.
The apartment itself is very spacious with living room, kitchen and bedrooms with generous areas. Entering the apartment at your left side you have the modern kitchen offering all the modern appliances and cooking utensils to prepare your own meals with the fresh local products.
