disappointment

Appartement vétuste et très sale à notre arrivée et qui sentait le renfermé. Les toilettes, la télévision, le four, ne fonctionnaient pas, les poêles étaient noires de graisse, les matelas sont horrible nous avons dû dormir dans le canapé du salon. La terrasse extérieur n’a pas été nettoyé… Grosse déception pour ce logement car les tarifs appliqués ne valent pas cette location! Et pas de wifi ! J’ai dû me battre auprès de l’agence anglaise pour me faire entendre (pas très compréhensible au début), et avoir réparation au bout de 5 jours!!! Apartment dilapidated and very dirty when we arrived and which smelled musty. The toilet, TV, oven, did not work, the stoves were black with grease, the mattresses are horrible we must have slept on the sofa in the living room. The outdoor terrace was not cleaned ... Big disappointment for this accommodation because the rates applied are not worth this rental! And no wifi! I had to fight with the English agency to make myself heard (not very understandable at first), and to have redress after 5 days !!!
