Lovely, light-flooded apartment in calm situation just near the shops and restaurants. For 4-6 persons.
Very neat condominium with a beautiful pool and amazing gardens with lawn and palm trees. The apartment is on the ground floor and divided in an ample lounge with dining area, a separate kitchen with dish washer and a laudry room next door, a beautiful roofed terrace with a little lawn and direct access to the community gardens, 2 double bedrooms (one of them with 2 single beds, the other one with a full size bed) and a full bath room. The lounge has a pull-out sofa bed for 1-2 persons.
The apartment is fully equipped with washing machine, dish washer, microwave, coffee-maker, toaster, air conditioning hot/cold in the lounge and the two bedrooms, a heating radiator, wifi internet, TV (spanish), DVD and stereo, terrace furniture and 2 sun loungers. There is a private parking space in front of the house.
Calm situation at only a few steps from the city. The nearest restaurant is at 400 metres and there is a big supermarket at 1.000 metres. The La Marineta sandy beach as well as the Marina are at 2.500 metres from the apartment, just near the most beautiful natural protected area of Las Rotas. The immense sandy beaches of Las Marinas are at a distance of 3.000 metres. The area of Denia at the lovely Costa Blanca is the perfect holiday destination. Enjoy the mild climate all year round, long sandy beaches and the most beautiful green back country. Denia provides a very good infrastructure and a huge offer of leisure activities, a mondern Marina and a fishing port, an attractive historic centre and an enormous choice of good restaurants. Last but not least an interesting night live! The diversified 20 km long sandy beach offers something for everyone, water sport activities, calm areas, beach bars, cliffy bays in the nature reserve, great for diving and snorkeling. Denia is situated exactely between Valencia and Alicante, from both airports the apartment can be reached within 1 hour 15 minutes. 2 renowned golf courses (La Sella Golf and Oliva Nova Golf) are at only 7 resp. 20 km from the apartment.
