Your villa boasts 2 extremely large master bedroom suites, each with shower and whirlpool tub and appointed with a king beds. 3rd bedroom has two twin XL beds and separate private bathroom. The kitchen, breakfast, dining room, and living areas are ideal for entertaining or spending quality family time, each room having a beautiful view of the intracoastal waterway. Flat screen TVs are present in the master bedroom and in the living room. WiFi is available. A short walk along the waterway will bring you to a beautiful pool with hot tub, a great place to take in the sun while cooling off in the huge pool.

Outstanding

The PERFECT place for a much needed getaway! Following a rough start to the year, lost my wife's mother in February and my father in may, we decided to take a beach trip with part of the family and relax. Upon locating this location on the VRBO we fell in love with the property. It filled all of our needs. The owners were extremely gracious and pleasant to work with. Mike even called to ensure that I received his text with check in process information. He was always prompt about responding to my texts. We preferred to stay closer to the beach, at least thought we did. Wecould not have been happier than where we were. Our younger grandchildren were so excited every time a boat went by on the waterway. Everything else was only minutes away. The whole experience has me looking forward to doing it again. Thank you Mike and Renee!

One of the best experiences at Myrtle to date!

What a wonderful stay we had. The owners were great. Their communication and courtesy was the best we've experienced in the 16 years of visiting North Myrtle while staying at several different places. The condo was clean, the fridge made ice super-fast, it was a very quiet area, and the property and location were very convenient. We look forward to renting here again. Thank You, The Consolazio's

Great place!!

Very, very, nice property. Owner, condo, garage, pool, and location could not be better. I didn't see a lot if other people, but the ones I did see were very friendly. I highly recommend this Condo.

Fabulous property.All the home comforts we needed as a family.Great location,central,yet away from the main strip.Beautiful spot overlooking the river.Great communication with Mike the owner. All in all a fantastic experience.Hope to be back some day .
