This beautiful beachside apartment is situated in the South Devon seaside village of Bigbury-on-Sea and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.

Apartment 12 is a stunning first floor beachside apartment situated 20 yards from the lovely sandy beach in the Devon coastal village of Bigbury-on-Sea. The apartment sleeps four people in two en suite bedrooms, a double and a twin. On the same level is an open plan living space with fantastic sea views, seating area, dining area, fitted kitchen and big glazed doors to a good sized balcony. Within the same building are shared leisure facilities, an indoor swimming pool, sauna and gym, all free of charge, and a smart bar/restaurant. Outside is a Off road parking in a reserved parking space for one car. Positioned beside an excellent beach and with amazing views of the sea, beach and Burgh Island, Apartment 12 is a very special place for a Devon break on the coast.

Beautiful property right on the beach

Really beautiful flat, larger than expected and comfortably laid out for a family with small kids. Gorgeous sea view and we had access to a lovely, almost private, beach. There is a swimming pool on-site and during Covid they operate half hour slots; it’s not an issue to book but it is only open when the onsite cafe is. Worth noting that the parking for flat 12 was the only challenging bit- it is free but where it’s located is a bit tight and on a slight slope if you have a large car so we parked in one of the other bays for visitors (there are a few so it wasn’t an issue). Can’t recommend this place enough; and lovely touches with the welcome bottle of Prosecco (much needed as there are no local village shops- so make sure you sort a supermarket order in advance), bespoke magnets and postcards available.
