ottimo soggiorno

L'appartamento è comodo e dotato di tutti i confort, il proprietario è gentilissimo e molto, molto disponibile. Siamo stati molto bene e credo che torneremo presto perché Modena, oltre ad essere una bella città, dà proprio la possibilità di visitare tanti altri bei posti dell'Emilia.

Casa molto sporca

Ho prenotato questo appartamento per la mia famiglia in visita a Modena e i miei genitori hanno trovato l'appartamento sporco e trascurato, poco arieggiato e con la biancheria buttata lì senza un po' di cura nell'accoglienza. Da non prenotare!

Schicke Ferienwohnung mit nur kleineren Schwächen

Großzügige Ferienwohnung mit viel Platz für mehrere Leute, die sehr sauber war. Es gab leider keine Klimaanlage. Das Objekt liegt recht weit außerhalb der Innenstadt, fußläufig etwa eine halbe Stunde.

Wonderful host

Our host was gracious and welcoming. He was flexible during our arrival time to meet us. This property met our overnight needs in Modena. I however, missed that it is not air conditioned so therefore in June was quite HOT and uncomfortable when attempting to sleep. There are stand fans to help circulate the air but none of the 4 adults slept comfortably. The windows could be opened but without screens the mosquitoes were attacking. The beds are twin beds so would work well for 5 singles. The single beds were fine with us Again it met our need and we appreciated the hospitality.
