Mornington House is a spacious house with large garden in the centre of Cowes. Sleeps up to 12 people in 5 Bedrooms. Cowes Yacht Haven is at the end of the street less than 100m away. The house is four stories with 5 bathrooms (four en-suite) and an extra toilet. There is a large dinning room, sitting room, well equipped kitchen and utility room. A conservatory that seats 6 opening on to a large terrace - seats 14 with large BBQ with steps down to a very big private garden.
Two hours from London by train, through ticket to West Cowes includes Redjet fast cat. The house has super fast fibre broadband.
We can also arrange for discounted car ferry crossings on Red Funnel from Southampton to East Cowes.

Lovely home and garden in great location

David was super helpful as our host. The house is very spacious and well furnished. The hot tub and the garden are nice and private and lovely to spend time relaxing in.

Isle of Wight weekend of activities

David responded to all questions in advance. The location of the property is fantastic. It is absolutely perfect for large groups and has absolutely everything that you need and a very well stocked kitchen (plates, cutlery, wine glasses etc). Two fridges so all beers are kept cold. David is an excellent host, he is very generous and left us food and drinks My only two comments would be that the WiFi is weak to non existent on the top floor and note that there is a charge for the hot tub usage which is fair enough.
