A HIdden Gem

Tucked away in the mountains, this cozy villa offered us a home from home, away from the hussle and bussle of the lively towns, whilst still within walking distance. Comfortable beds and clean facilities, we woke each day to the crickets in the woods behind. Air-conditioned rooms meant we slept well and relaxed round by the pool before venturing out in the evening's. All in all a lovely stay for our 1st time to Turkey.

A very relaxing week at a lovely villa

Very quiet and private villa which was equipped, decorated and maintained to a high standard. Our group of 4 adults had a lovely stay and made good use of the pool and the very quiet air-conditioning. Very comfortable beds. A walk down to the top of the Hisaronu strip took about 15 mins. It is quite a steep walk back in the heat though so we made the most of the very reasonably priced taxis as we didn't rent a car. Many shops and restaurants can deliver, just send your location along with your order in WhatsApp. You have to pay separately for a portable wifi dongle which is a tad on the slow side, but only £5 a day.

Stunning location, lovely villa, highly recommend!

The villa is in a great location, just outside of the main Hisaronu town centre. A short 5 minute taxi ride from the main town or 10 minute taxi from Olu Deniz town and the beach. Sarah was on hand if needed but she also gave us her property manager, Hasan's contact number as he lives close to the villa and was on hand with any questions we had too. Around 50 metres from the villa were 2 telephone poles with taxi buttons on so every day when we left the villa we would press the button and in no more than 5-10 minutes a taxi would arrive. Taxi to town (Hisaronu) costs between 70-100 Lira depending on time of day and number of people in the taxi. Due to the heat we opted to get taxi's rather than walk which would take around 20 minutes or so. The villa is situated up a steep hill so those who may struggle with walking would definitely need to get a taxi. The villa itself is lovely, a private pool, air con in all the rooms and everything you would need. We would definitely stay in the villa again, highly recommended.

Fantastic Villa in a private and quiet location

We stayed at this villa for 2 weeks in August 2022, as a family of 4. Villa was spotless, all fixtures are tastefully done and up to date. All modern amenities are available (Dishwasher, washing machine etc) with the exception of Wi-Fi, but a dongle and card can be bought/hired locally. Pool is amazing and cleaned daily. Great comms with Sarah and the house/facility caretaker was easily contactable to answer any queries. Would not hesitate to recommend a stay here.

This Property gives you a unique opportunity to be in one of the very best positions in Ovacik that offers you a private, not overlooked, peaceful, elevated outlook with panoramic views, but still be close enough to walk to Hisaronu all at an affordable rate.
We recently renovated and upgraded the Villa in 2019 and have added a few extra touches which gives the Villa a higher than average standard with Laura Ashley soft furnishings in the Master and a new 32in flat screen TV with satellite channels. Bespoke curtains in both double and twin/double. Both bathrooms have been completely renovated with quality fixtures and fittings. Living room/Dining room has had new french doors added and fitted with Sandersons bespoke curtains.
Outside/Garden/Facilities has also been upgraded with new wooden sun loungers with bespoke soft furnishings. The lower secret garden provides and ideal area for relaxing with a large red sofa and 2 bespoke comfortable easy chair. Perfect for place for reading , afternoon snooze or evening cocktails.
